A series of thermoplastic polyurethane materials were synthesized based on 4, 4 ‘-diphenylmethane- diisocyanate(MDI)、chain-extender (BDO), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polytetramethylene-ether glycol (PTMG ), stannous octoate by changing proportion of PEG in soft segment . The experiment used Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR ) to signify internal structure of material, tested mechanical properties , water contact angles, moisture permeability and blood compatibility of synthetic material. The result indicated that choosing appropriate proportion of PEG in soft segment is advantageous to balance mechanical properties and affinity of new-type synthetic material. |
