簡 介: |
This paper presents a new approach which is used maleic acid as crosslinking agent and hydration silica nano-particles as the catalysts in the resin finishing of the silk fibers. It have been found that the dry crease recovery angle (DCRA) and the tensile strength retention (TSR) values of the treated fabrics are increased near 65о and 12.25% at a given resin concentration, meanwhile the treatment temperature of the resin finishing is 30℃ lower than the method of using the potassium pyrophosphate as the catalysts. Additionally, the tensile strength of the finished fabrics is not decreased but increased and the dose of the catalyst is only as lower as 0.5-1.0g/L. The experimental results demonstrate that the hydration silica nano-particles are excellent catalysts efficiency in resin treatment for silk fabrics |
