In the present work the synthesis of polyindane by cationic polymerization of indene
using Maghnite (Mag-H) as catalyst, montmorillonite sheet silicate clay exchanged
with protons, is reported. Indene monomer, which is polymerized by a cationic process, was used to elucidate the polymerisation cationic character. |
