A novel kind of polymeric precursor to SiBN ceramic fiber was synthesized by polycondensation of tetramethylaminosilane ((CH3NH)4Si) and trimethylaminoborane ((CH3NH)3B) using different reaction temperatures. Structure changes were discussed by using FTIR and NMR. The experimental results showed the relations between polymer structures and temperatures and proper temperature was determined to obtain polymeric precursor. |
