由中歐化工制造商協(xié)會(huì)汽車材料委員會(huì)組織的第四屆國際汽車塑料及創(chuàng)新材料發(fā)展論壇于11月24-25日在中國.上海淳大萬麗酒店舉行,來自羅地亞、拜耳材料、杜邦、陶氏化學(xué)、巴斯夫、亨斯邁、沙伯基礎(chǔ)創(chuàng)新塑料、蘭蒂奇塑料、雅;、寶鋼化工、金發(fā)科技、杰事杰新材料、上海伊士通新材料、上海普利特復(fù)合材料、中國石化、中國一汽集團(tuán)、上汽集團(tuán)、上海大眾汽車、通用汽車、豐田汽車、福特汽車、寶馬汽車、海馬汽車、延鋒偉世通、英特林克、博世汽車部件、泛亞汽車技術(shù)、中國工業(yè)和信息化部、上海科委、上海商務(wù)委員會(huì)、中國石化規(guī)劃院、歐洲塑料制造商協(xié)會(huì)上海汽車工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、浙江大學(xué)、華東理工大學(xué)、東華大學(xué)、同濟(jì)大學(xué)、德國、法國、波蘭、羅馬尼亞領(lǐng)事館館等150多位來自歐洲、美國、日本和亞洲汽車新材料制造商、零部件、整車廠及汽車行業(yè)界頂尖專家匯聚中國上海,論壇針對(duì)汽車工業(yè)關(guān)注的輕量化設(shè)計(jì)及創(chuàng)新材料技術(shù)、關(guān)注塑料技術(shù)在汽車外飾件、內(nèi)飾件、電子組件、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、燃油系統(tǒng)、底盤、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等汽車工業(yè)應(yīng)用革新。會(huì)議還探索一套獨(dú)特的應(yīng)用革新及合作新模式,并建立材料制造商、科研院所、零部件、整車廠產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈配套聯(lián)合體,成立產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作小組,來突破現(xiàn)代汽車輕量化技術(shù)科技創(chuàng)新及塑料零部件材料高性能的技術(shù)及塑料件品級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
中歐化工制造商協(xié)會(huì)汽車材料委員會(huì)(APIMC)主席/法國羅地亞集團(tuán)汽車材料副總裁Jean-Claude Steinmetz專程從法國前往上海來出席本次峰會(huì),他表示:汽車輕量化技術(shù)的革命,促進(jìn)了全球汽車低碳技術(shù)材料研發(fā)與應(yīng)用革新。要加強(qiáng)材料制造商、汽車OEM廠商和Tiers的合作,來支持和發(fā)展有助于減少二氧化碳排放量、提供高效清潔產(chǎn)品和低碳技術(shù)系統(tǒng)。優(yōu)化汽車的不同能源,無論是內(nèi)燃機(jī),電力電池驅(qū)動(dòng)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)或替代能源,都將可以通過化學(xué)過程工藝創(chuàng)新得以實(shí)現(xiàn),以滿足汽車工業(yè)輕量化技術(shù)對(duì)環(huán)保、安全、節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、“以塑代鋼” 綠色高性能材料要求。APIMC未來將進(jìn)一步為汽車輕量化技術(shù)科技創(chuàng)新及應(yīng)用做出貢獻(xiàn)。

The 4th International Auto Plastics and Innovative Materials Development Forum, organized by Sino-EU Chemical Manufacturers Association (SECMA), has been successfully held on Nov. 24th-25th, 2010 in Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel of China, more than 150 automotive manufacturers, auto parts, auto OEM and experts in automotive industry who from Europe, USA, Japan to come to Shanghai for this meeting, such as Rhodia, Bayer Materialscience, Dupont, DOW Chemical, BASF, Huntsman, SABIC, Radici Group, Albemarle Chemical, Baochem, Kinfa, Genius, Expert-china New Materials, Pret Composites Co., Ltd, Sinopec, FAW, SAIC, Shanghai Volkswagen, GM Automotive, Toyota, FORD, BMW, Haima, YF Visteon, Interlink Automotive, Bosch, Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co., Ltd, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, STCSM GOV, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, NPCPI, APME, Zhejiang University, ECUST, Donghua University, Tongji University, German Consul, French Trade Commission, Consulate General of Romania, Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, Consulate General of Poland, Shanghai. The Forum Concerned automotive industry application and market development about automotive interior and exterior trimming parts, electronic components, transmission system, fuel system, chassis, engine and so on. It will explore a unique set of application innovation and new cooperation mode, build consortium of materials manufacturers, institute, auto parts, automotive OEM and set up a working team of production standard to break through the automotive lightweight innovation and the high performance technology of plastics parts materials and the standard request of plastics.
Jean-Claude STEINMETZ, Chairman of APIMC/VP Automotive of Rhodia joined this meeting, he came from France, he said: the revolution of auto lightweight technology promotes the research and innovation of global auto low-carbon technical materials. We need to consolidate the cooperation of Auto OEM and Tiers, to support and develop decrease CO2 release, provide high-efficient clean products and low-carbon technology system. Optimize the different automotive energies, either the combustion engine and power engine or instead energy, they all can achieve it via chemical technical innovation process to meet the needs the green high performance materials request of environmental protection, safety, energy saving standard and steel instead of plastics. APIMC will provide the further contribution to auto lightweight technology innovation and application.
