近日,中北大學(xué)王智教授課題組針對(duì)聚苯并噁嗪的低介電和高耐熱性能的提升,在《Polymer》期刊發(fā)表名為:“Structures and Performance of a Polybenzoxazine with High Heat Resistance and High-Frequency Low-Dielectric Properties”的文章。該文章以對(duì)叔丁基苯酚(PTB)為酚源,以糠胺衍生的糠基二胺(DFDA)為胺源,設(shè)計(jì)合成了一種新型高頻低介電苯并惡嗪?jiǎn)误wDFDA-PTB,并與兩種結(jié)構(gòu)相似的苯并噁嗪進(jìn)行對(duì)比,探究了分子結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)其性能的影響并對(duì)相關(guān)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。Poly (DFDA-PTB) 表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的介電性能,在10 GHz時(shí)的介電常數(shù)為2.51,介電損耗為0.0018。它還表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的耐熱性,在800 °C時(shí)殘?zhí)柯蕿?5.4%。
