廢棄聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二醇酯升級(jí)再造為碳材料和金屬-有機(jī)框架材料

摘要:伴隨著聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)被廣泛應(yīng)用于飲料瓶、紡織、薄膜和合成纖維,大量廢棄 PET制品造成的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題日益突出。將廢棄PET升級(jí)化學(xué)回收制備高附加值產(chǎn)品是解決廢棄PET環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題及使資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要技術(shù)。結(jié)合本研究組在該領(lǐng)域的工作,本文介紹了近年來(lái)廢棄 PET高值化制備多孔碳和金屬-有機(jī)框架材料(MOF)的研究進(jìn)展,歸納了不同類(lèi)型多孔碳和MOF的制備方法,總結(jié)了PET降解和碳化反應(yīng)的影響因素和反應(yīng)機(jī)理,概述了所制備的多孔碳和MOF在太陽(yáng)能界面水蒸發(fā)以及與光催化降解污染物、熱電發(fā)電集成中的應(yīng)用,對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract: With the widespread application of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) in beverage bottles, textiles, film, and synthetic fibers, the environmental pollution caused by discarded PET products is becoming increasingly prominent. Chemical upcycling of waste PET to prepare high value-added materials is an important technology to solve the environmental pollution problem of waste PET and ensure sustainable development of resources. Based on the work of our research group in this field, this article introduces the research progress on the preparation of high-value porous carbon and metal-organic framework (MOF) material from waste PET in recent years, summarizes the preparation methods of different types of porous carbon and MOF, introduces the influencing factors and reaction mechanisms of PET degradation and carbonization reaction, and discusses the applications of the prepared porous carbon and MOF in interfacial solar-driven water evaporation and its integration with photocatalytic degradation of pollutants and thermoelectric power generation. Prospects are made for the future development direction.
