開發(fā)一種熒光微球，在表面修飾活性官能團， 優(yōu)化微球粒徑和熒光強度 。根據(jù)熒光微球在免疫側(cè)向?qū)游黾夹g(shù)中的表現(xiàn)（抗干擾能力、檢測靈敏度和線性范圍），對熒光微球的結(jié)構(gòu)進行重新設(shè)計以滿足性能要求。
