質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池(PEMFC)是一種清潔和高效的能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置。目前,其商用的貴金屬(主要為Pt)基催化劑面臨穩(wěn)定性差等重要問(wèn)題,這主要是因?yàn)閾?dān)載貴金屬催化劑的碳載體容易發(fā)生電化學(xué)氧化,導(dǎo)致金屬催化劑顆粒移動(dòng)、脫落或團(tuán)聚,致使催化劑的活性降低。本文提出通過(guò)限域和錨定作用來(lái)提高Pt納米顆粒與載體的相互作用以降低Pt納米微粒運(yùn)動(dòng)的自由度,從而達(dá)到大幅改善燃料電池催化劑穩(wěn)定性的目的。

博士研究生楊金龍順利通過(guò)博士學(xué)位論文答辯
2014年5月20日,我組楊金龍同學(xué)進(jìn)行了博士學(xué)位論文答辯。答辯委員會(huì)主席為華中科技大學(xué)黃云輝教授,答辯成員為華中科技大學(xué)霍開(kāi)富教授,武漢理工大學(xué)劉韓星教授、潘牧教授和麥立強(qiáng)教授,武漢理工大學(xué)余軍副研究員作為答辯秘書(shū)與會(huì)。
楊金龍同學(xué)博士畢業(yè)論文的答辯題目是“多維硅酸亞鐵鋰納米材料的調(diào)控合成及儲(chǔ)鋰性能”,研究?jī)?nèi)容包括從零維到三維硅酸亞鐵鋰(Li2FeSiO4)及多維硅酸亞鐵鋰/碳復(fù)合功能材料的可控制備及儲(chǔ)鋰性能。首先,利用碳網(wǎng)絡(luò)框架的限域效應(yīng)合成了平均直徑為18.7納米的硅酸亞鐵鋰納米晶,獲得了超過(guò)一個(gè)鋰離子的脫嵌,在10C倍率下1000次循環(huán)后比容量為90.0mAh/g,保持率為97.7%;分別獲得了等級(jí)梭形硅酸亞鐵鋰和納米棒狀/碳復(fù)合材料,后者獲得了接近于理論容量的儲(chǔ)鋰性能,而且具有非常優(yōu)異的倍率性能和循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性能;獲得了一種三維等級(jí)花形結(jié)構(gòu)的硅酸亞鐵鋰/碳復(fù)合材料,同樣獲得了接近兩個(gè)鋰離子脫嵌的儲(chǔ)鋰性能及優(yōu)異的倍率與循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性能;論文還對(duì)多維硅酸亞鐵鋰材料及其與碳的復(fù)合材料的儲(chǔ)鋰機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入探討。最后,針對(duì)研究工作中的不足,對(duì)今后的工作提出了三個(gè)方面的展望。

徐峰同學(xué)博士畢業(yè)論文的答辯研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括氧化鈰(CeO2)的SO2/CO及混合催化劑的CO抗中毒性能。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著CeO2含量的增加,Pt表面對(duì)CO的催化氧化能力也隨著提高;而對(duì)SO2的催化氧化能力卻逐漸降低,含有2 wt% CeO2的催化劑表現(xiàn)最好;研究認(rèn)為,CeO2所提供的氧對(duì)SO2和CO的氧化起了至關(guān)重要的作用。此外,不同形貌的納米氧化鈰晶體,也表現(xiàn)出不同的抗SO2/CO中毒性能。論文對(duì)混合催化劑的CO抗中毒性能及機(jī)理也進(jìn)行深入探討。最后,針對(duì)研究工作中的不足,對(duì)今后的進(jìn)一步工作進(jìn)行了展望。

何大平同學(xué)順利通過(guò)博士學(xué)位論文答辯
2013年5月15日,我組何大平同學(xué)進(jìn)行了博士學(xué)位論文答辯。答辯委員會(huì)主席為華中科技大學(xué)黃云輝教授,成員包括武漢大學(xué)陳勝利教授,華中科技大學(xué)王得麗教授,武漢理工大學(xué)潘牧教授和麥立強(qiáng)教授。
何大平同學(xué)就其研究工作——基于石墨烯(GNS)雙功能作用與石墨烯三明治結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池催化劑,向在場(chǎng)的各位評(píng)委、老師及同學(xué)們作了詳細(xì)介紹。他首先提出了GNS表面基團(tuán)與石墨化程度對(duì)貴金屬Pt催化劑穩(wěn)定性的雙功能作用,并確定了最佳的O/C原子比。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別利用全氟磺酸(PFSA)修飾、GNS表面磺化接枝及N摻雜處理,制備得到了一系列具有較高催化活性及電化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的GNS載Pt催化劑。研究過(guò)程中還發(fā)現(xiàn)了PFSA修飾對(duì)提高Pt催化劑抗CO中毒性能及N摻雜對(duì)GNS載Pt催化劑氧化原反應(yīng)(ORR)穩(wěn)定性有著積極的影響。最后,針對(duì)GNS二維片層結(jié)構(gòu)的堆疊和團(tuán)聚問(wèn)題,制備出了具有三明治結(jié)構(gòu)的GNS/納米導(dǎo)電碳球復(fù)合材料,作為Pt催化劑載體,催化劑的催化活性與穩(wěn)定性均得到較大提高。
