主要簡(jiǎn)歷:
曾憲順博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才。主要從事分子生物信息材料與物理相關(guān)的熒光分子傳感器、熒光分子探針的研究。Chem. Eur. J.; Chem. Commun.; J. Org. Chem.;Organometallics; Inorg. Chem.; J. Mater. Chem.; Adv. Funct. Mater.; Org. Biomol. Chem.; Tetrahedron Lett.等國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表論文90余篇,SCI收錄70多篇,EI同時(shí)收錄30余篇,其中SCI影響因子大于3.0的論文40多篇,被SCI源論文正面引用近1200次,申報(bào)發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng),2006年獲天津市自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng);2009年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃人選;2013年入選天津市 “131”創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)工程第一層次人選。
2001年獲得南開(kāi)大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位;20017-20056月在南開(kāi)大學(xué)任講師、副教授;20037-20048月在Université du Havre/巴黎大學(xué)(V)法國(guó)國(guó)家研究中心(CNRS)博士后;20049-20068在英國(guó)杜倫大學(xué)做EPSRC博士后;20069-20076月在巴黎大學(xué)(V)法國(guó)國(guó)家研究中心(CNRS)做博士后;20077月至今天津理工大學(xué)任特聘教授;20087-20089月在巴黎大學(xué)(V)法國(guó)國(guó)家研究中心(CNRS)做訪問(wèn)教授;2010年受聘哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院外聘博士生導(dǎo)師。
課題組研究領(lǐng)域:
課題組的研究工作主要圍繞于材料科學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)、信息材料科學(xué),以材料分子與結(jié)合目標(biāo)之間作用產(chǎn)生的光/電信息為主要研究對(duì)象。開(kāi)展包括熒光分子傳感器、電化學(xué)分子傳感器、生物熒光探針等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。通過(guò)對(duì)有機(jī)、高分子、納米等熒光或電活性探針材料的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),采用熒光成像技術(shù)、熒光光譜分析、電化學(xué)分析等信號(hào)分析手段來(lái)研究探針材料與實(shí)際醫(yī)藥分析檢測(cè)、活細(xì)胞或活體動(dòng)物之間作用時(shí)產(chǎn)生的光電信號(hào),并通過(guò)對(duì)信號(hào)的分析處理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)活體離子檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)、癌癥等重大疾病的早期檢測(cè)。
主要研究方向包括:
1. 化學(xué)和生物熒光小分子傳感探針。
2. 靶向和智能熒光小分子生物探針。
1)靶向熒光小分子生物探針
通過(guò)對(duì)探針材料的靶向設(shè)計(jì),開(kāi)發(fā)發(fā)光性能穩(wěn)定、生物相融強(qiáng)、靶向選擇性高的生物熒光探針材料,并探索在腫瘤早期檢測(cè)等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。
2)智能熒光小分子生物探針
通過(guò)熒光共振能量轉(zhuǎn)移原理(FRET)或生物分子靶原理設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)目標(biāo)檢測(cè)物的各種智能熒光小分子生物探針。
3. /電聚合物生物傳感探針。
研究生人才培養(yǎng):
       課題組從成立以來(lái)已培養(yǎng)碩士研究生6人,分別就業(yè)于大中型生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)和光電子企業(yè);目前有在讀博士研究生1人,在讀研究生15人。
1.課題組每年招收化學(xué)和生物專業(yè)的碩士研究生3-5;
2. 課題組每年招收化學(xué)專業(yè)或生物專業(yè)的博士研究生1-2(哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)位)。
