摘要:采用一種制備高熔體強(qiáng)度聚乳酸材料簡(jiǎn)易方法,通過(guò)對(duì)混合了一種三官能基團(tuán)單體,三羥甲氧基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)的線性聚乳酸進(jìn)行伽馬射線輻照,引發(fā)自由基反應(yīng),在體系中引入長(zhǎng)鏈支化結(jié)構(gòu)。配備多角度激光光散射檢測(cè)儀的體積排除色譜測(cè)試結(jié)果表明所制備的長(zhǎng)鏈支化聚乳酸的分子量和長(zhǎng)鏈支化度隨著加入TMPTA用量增加而提高。黏度,儲(chǔ)能模量,損耗角,Cole-Cole作圖,和松弛時(shí)間譜等流變學(xué)特性說(shuō)明長(zhǎng)鏈支化聚乳酸的熔體強(qiáng)度獲得了提高。長(zhǎng)鏈支化結(jié)構(gòu)的引入對(duì)拉伸流變性質(zhì)產(chǎn)生了影響,長(zhǎng)鏈支化聚乳酸樣品展現(xiàn)了明顯的拉伸應(yīng)變硬化特性。發(fā)泡實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明熔體強(qiáng)度提高有利于提高聚乳酸發(fā)泡性能。
