寫在前面 Preface
隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，塑料制品已經(jīng)廣泛用于家電、汽車、通信、建材、醫(yī)療器械等眾多行業(yè)。用涂料對塑料進(jìn)行涂裝，賦予其更多功能特性，既能得到裝飾效果，也能提高耐蝕耐候性及使用壽命。然而由于技術(shù)和法律法規(guī)等各方面原因，涂料中大量揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物給環(huán)境和公眾健康帶來了潛在的巨大影響。
前3屆塑料涂料會議獲得參會代表的普遍好評，代表們也提出了很多寶貴意見。通過分析整個行業(yè)的形勢，針對汽車上越來越多塑料件的使用、玩具涂料新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的頒布、塑料底材合金化等行業(yè)發(fā)展熱點，《涂料工業(yè)》雜志社現(xiàn)籌備召開第4屆塑料涂料及涂裝技術(shù)研討會，繼續(xù)為業(yè)內(nèi)人士提供專業(yè)的交流平臺，共同推動塑料涂料及涂裝技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。
Along with the booming development of China economic construction, plastics are widely used in house appliances, automotives, communications, architectural materials, medical apparatuses, etc. Being finished by plastic coatings, they could become more decorative and durable. However, large amount of VOC from coatings harm the environment and health.
