ThenewcellulosefiberwithcommercialnameShengmawasproducedbyrayonspinningtechnologyfromjuteandkenafpulp.Shengmayarnwasknittedintointerlockfabric.Theairpermeability,moisturepermeability,thermalcomfortablenessandsomesubjectiveorobjectiveevaluationsoftheseknittedfabricswereinvestigatedwiththeaimtodevelopanovelspringorsummerknittedgarment.Acomprehensiveevaluationsystemoffabrics’coolcomfortperformancewasestablishedusingfuzzymathematicsmethod.Theresultsshowedthatsomeexperimentalevidenceswereprovidedforproductdevelopmentandperformanceevaluationofsuchsimilarnewknittedfabrics.
