簡介：
Poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)nanofiberhasattractedconsiderableattentionsduetoitspotentialapplicationasatissueengineeringscaffold,butitspoorthermalstabilityandmechanicalpropertiesrestrictitsapplications.Inthiswork,triallyisocyanurate(TAIC)wasaddedintoPLLAsolutionatdifferentratiosandfabricatedintonanofibrousmatsbyelectrospinningtechnique,thematswerethenirradiatedbygammarayatdifferentradiationdosestocrosslinkthePLLAchains.ThethermalpropertiesandbiodegradationpropertiesofdifferentPLLAsampleswereinvestigatedandcompared.Furthermore,theinvitrobiocompatibilitieswerealsoevaluatedbyusingmouseL929fibroblasts.Theresultsindicatedthatthethermalstabilityandtensilemechanicalpropertieswereincreasedaftercrosslinking,andthecrosslinkedsamplesirradiatedat10kGyexhibitedthebestenzymaticdegradation.TheinvitroresultsalsorevealedthatthecrosslinkedPLLA/TAICcompositenanofibersdidnotinducecytotoxiceffectsandsuitableforcellgrowth.Therefore,thecrosslinkedPLLAnanofibersareoneofthepromisingmaterialsforfuturetissueengineeringapplications.
