簡介：
Inthisstudy,Polyamide6(PA6),halogen-freeflameretardantsMelamineCyanurate(MCA)andM102B(Cyclicphosphatecompounds)wereusedtoprepareflameretardantPA6(FR-PA6)throughmeltblending.ThemorphologyandpropertiesofFR-PA6resinswereinvestigatedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),differentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetricanalysis(TGA)andthelimitingoxygenindex(LOI)approach,respectively.Thewell-dispersedMCAparticlesinPA6matrixwereshowninSEMimages.ThethermalanalysisresultsindicatedthatthecrystallizationbehaviorandthethermalstabilityofFR-PA6werebothchangedwiththeadditionofflameretardants(FRs)comparedwithpurePA6.TheLOIresultsshowedthattheFR-PA6compositesobviouslyimprovedflameretardancy.TheFR-PA6fiberwaspreparedthroughmeltspinningprocess.ThespinnabilityandtensilepropertiesofFR-PA6fibercouldbeaffectedgreatlybytheloadingofFRs.
