中國國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局(原中國專利局)
國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局，原名中華人民共和國專利局（簡稱中國專利局）。1980年經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)成立。1998年國務(wù)院機構(gòu)改革，中國專利局更名為國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局，成為國務(wù)院的直屬機構(gòu)，主管專利工作和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)涉外知識產(chǎn)權(quán)事宜。國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局專利局為國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局下屬事業(yè)單位。根據(jù)受理專利申請業(yè)務(wù)的需要，國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局在沈陽、濟南、長沙、南京、成都、上海等城市設(shè)有9個代辦處。同時，還指定中國科學(xué)院微生物研究所普通微生物保藏中心和武漢大學(xué)中國典型培養(yǎng)物保藏中心。
