Gaojian Chen is a Professor at Soochow University, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, an editor of Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces. He received his PhD from the University of Warwick and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of New South Wales and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on the design and synthesis of novel bio-materials, with a particular emphasis on surface modification, cell interactions, and carbohydrate-based materials.
