WedescribepolymernanoparticularsystemforefficientsiRNAencapsulationanddelivery,whichwasfabricatedWithpoly(ethyleneglycol)-b-poly(d,l-lactide)(mPEG-PLA),siRNAandacationiclipid,usingadoubleemulsion-solventevaporationtechnique.ThesiRNA-encapsulatednanoparticleswereeffectivelyinternalizedbycancercells.Furthermore,systemicdeliveryofspecificsiRNAbynanoparticlessignificantlyinhibitedluciferaseexpressioninanorthotopicmurinelivercancermodelandsuppressedtumorgrowthinaMDA-MB-435smurinexenograftmodel,suggestingitstherapeuticpromiseindiseasetreatment.
