尼龍1212是一類高性能的高分子材料,具有良好的物理、化學和機械性能。其晶胞參數(shù)已有報道1:α晶型: a = 0.49nm, b= 0.52nm, c = 3.23nm, α = 50°, β = 77° , γ = 64°;和 β晶型: a = 0.49nm, b = 0.802nm, c = 3.23nm , α = 90°, β = 77° , γ = 67°。本文采用作圖法2,將尼龍1212衍射曲線分解為結(jié)晶及非晶部分,來計算尼龍1212(α晶型)的結(jié)晶度。
利用此方法計算結(jié)晶度可按下式計算:

The degree of crystallinity of nylon 1212, which isothermally crystallized at different temperature, was determined by WAXD. Based on the X-ray scattering intensity theory, the correction factors for three crystalline peaks and an amorphous peak of nylon 1212 were calculated and the formula of degree of crystallinity of nylon 1212 was derived by graphic multipeak resolution method. |
