Therecoverymethodandprocessoftungsten,nickelandaluminumfromspentcatalystwasinvestigated,whichhadrealizedthecomprehensiverecoveryofvaluablemetalsabouttungsten,nickelandaluminum.Throughtheroastingandwaterleachingexperiments,effectofadditionNa2C03.roastingtemperatureandtime,waterleachingliquidsolidratio,temperatureandtimeontheleachingofW03wereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthatadditionNa2C03was6timesthantheoreticalamountofW03,themixturewassodiumroastedunder7500Cfor4h,waterleachingunder900Cfor2h,liquidsolidratioofl:4wastheoptimalexperimentcondition.Undertheoptimalexperimentcondition,leachingrateofW03wasabove95%andtherecoveryofW03was90.85%.atthesametime,partofaluminumcanberecovered.Throughacidleachingexperimentsofnickelandaluminum,theoptimalleachingconditionsofextractionofnickelandaluminumwasinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthatundertheconditionofsulfuricacidconcentrationof30%(massfraction).andsolid-liquidrati01:8.under850Cfor4h,nickelandaluminumleachingratewere98.27%and90%respectively.Therecoveryofnickelwas91.83%,thetotalrecoveryofaluminumwas92.78%.Ithadgottheconclusionthatthetechnologicalprocesswasdeveloped,low-cost,high-extractionandprocessfeasibilitywithgoodeconomicbenefitsandenvironmentalbenefits.
