Chitosanisawell-knowexcellentadsorbentforanumberoforganicsandmetalions.Theamino(-NH2)andhydroxyl(-OH)groupsonchitosanchainscanserveasthecoordinationandreactionsitesinordertoenhanceitsmechanicalpropertiesandadsorptioncapacityEil.Inthispaper,weestablishedanewmethodtoprepareanovelethylenediamine-modifiedmagneticchitosanmicrospheres.TheCuPc/nano-ironcompositeswerepreparedbyorganic-inorganiccompositebyin-situmethod,andthepreparationconditionwasoptimizedbyorthogonalexperiment.TheChitosan/CuPc/nano-iron(MCS)waspreparedbysuspensionpolymerizationtechnology,andLl6(45)wasdesignedtochoosetheoptimumconditionsforthefirststep.Atlast,theMCSwasmodifiedwithethylenediamine.TheobservationofbiologicalmicroscopeshowsthattheEMCSwerewell-shapedandhadamainparticlesizedistributionoflOOym.Theinfrared(IR)spectrameterandthermogravinetry(TG)wereusedtoanalyzethemolecularstructureandalterationofthemicrosphere‘thermalcharacter.TheaverageaminecontentoftheEMCSis2.20mmol/g,andtheironcontentis32.1%.
